Brisbane South State Secondary College's vision is to create 'The New Standard' in education where we challenge conventions, collaborate with the best, think globally while acting locally. Brisbane South SSC is an IB World School for both the Diploma Programme and Career-Related Programme, beginning its first Year 11 cohort in 2025. We are a growing College that opened in 2021 and will be at full capacity of cohorts in 2026. We are seeking to employ teachers across a range of faculty areas. Experience in IB, as well as any IBDP or IBCP core coordinator roles are welcomed, as well as familiarity with the Queensland Curriculum in senior secondary.
These roles are a unique opportunity and require teachers focused on creating a culture where listening to understand is highly valued, sharing of knowledge and information, and providing feedback are opportunities to learn and adapt, where the student voice and agency cultivates and influences personalized teaching and learning.
