You're a great New Home Sales Consultant because you genuinely love the process and finding solutions for people and helping them build their dream home.
You really want to work for a reputable builder who does exceptional work, where the homes can be fully customised to suit the client needs. You'd also really love to work in the top echelon of the industry and be exposed to what the homes of the rich can be like - trust me when I say the options are limitless!
You're unique in your approach to New Home sales because you do not have an ego, are not cheesy or pushy and are just genuinely interested in people and their dreams and are lovely to talk to.
This role is for my Client who is one of the absolute best in the game. They've been finalists in the HIA awards the last 5 years in a row, and every year they win an award.
They currently have 2 display homes, one in Bella Vista and they just opened an incredible one in Turramurra (3 stories, complete with a tennis court & a lift). You will likely alternate between the sites.
They need someone with a good knowledge of LEP, DCP & CDC, and someone who genuinely loves to help people in a sincere way, and isn't "slimy" - and other than that the role is quite easy! They have very strong inbound leads, and the work is never the same as everything is fully customisable.
This really is a great role, not only because of the company standards and reputation, but also because of the owner. He is a very loyal man who has high standards, but truly values and rewards his staff. There's not much he wouldn't do for you to reach your goals and can be very giving, but you have to earn it and his loyalty is very hard earned.
The other requirement for this role is weekend work. Saturday & Sunday are the busiest days in the display homes, so they are a hard requirement. You can pick whichever 2 days during the week you'd like to have off.
