New Homes Sales Consultant

Who are we looking for? Working within a brand new display centre and backed by a class leading colour selections centre and land portfolio, we are seeking expressions of interest for a New Homes Sales Consultant with a customer-first mindset and a proven track record for sales. The successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running, efficiently manage workloads, deadlines, and multiple priorities whilst delivering outstanding client-focused service.
This autonomous role is a full time position. Weekend work in the display home on a fortnightly basis will be required.
To apply for this position you must: Have experience working within the residential construction industry or the real estate industry in a sales environment with the ability to back this track record up. Drive sales and meet targets. Have a basic understanding of town planning, design and construction. Marketing knowledge to support your lead generation.
