We have an exciting opportunity for a New Home Consultant to join our high performing sales team and make a significant impact on our customers' lives. THE ROLE As a New Home Consultant based at our Springfield Rise display centre, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the new home buying process. You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential homes, to assist clients in finding the perfect home that suits both their needs and budget. Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers, understanding their preferences and requirements to match them with the most suitable home designs properties. Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits and uniqueness of our home designs properties. Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various channels, including land developers, real estate agencies, networking events, referrals, and online platforms, and outreach initiatives. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry through to tender and contract signing; closing the deal while delivering excellent customer service. To be successful for this role you'll need: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home building industry. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, hungry to achieve sales targets, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively.
