The Role Being proactive to source and capture leads whilst building relationships with developers and other industry connections Reading plans, understanding site costs and following council regulations Greeting customers, finding out what stage of building they are up to and finding a design to match their needs Driving customer satisfaction throughout the sales and home build process What you need You will ideally have the following criteria:
