Our New Home Consultants are highly motivated, professional and provide outstanding customer service.
We're looking for a New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Sawtell, Coffs Harbour Region.
The successful candidate will liaise with potential customers to discuss the benefits of building with Coral Homes and generate new home sales within the area. Duties & Responsibilities You will identify and meet client needs, maintain good sales relationships, have good product knowledge with the ability to handle a high volume of sales documentation. This role involves working 5 days a week (from 10am – 5pm) including weekends as they are our busiest periods due to customer availability.
To be successful in this role, you must be proactive, tech savvy, highly organised with a focus on attention to detail and commitment to ensuring exceptional service.
We will provide all the tools for success; the rest is up to you! Your day-to-day duties will primarily involve communicating with prospective customers, setting appointments, and face to face presentations Be accountable for the achievement of sales budgets Liaising with internal staff members to reach desired outcomes for customers Maintain positive and productive relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders Ensure Displays are open and presented to our high standards Track and manage all associated leads Work closely with your Sales Manager to provide solutions to individual client needs Who are we looking for; Energetic and ready to succeed Highly motivated with a positive attitude Driven to manage a high volume of sales Great team player Excellence in customer service What we offer; Sales focussed & supportive management team Market leading commission structure Marketing support to increase your traffic and leads Ability to sell and network Remuneration of $60k plus commissions = OTE of $200 K or more!
