Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display center.Greet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house design selections.Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budget.Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard within required timeframes.Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation.Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor.Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote onwards.Metricon will offer you:

Saturdays & Sundays a must.Positive, can-do attitude with a need to win.Residential sales is an advantage but experience within a face-to-face sales environment is essential.A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities.Exceptional networking and customer service skills.A passion for the residential building industry and excitement to promote our great designs, products, and services.Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities.Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.Candidates must have the flexibility to travel to multiple work locations in Melbourne when required.
