Key Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice.Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvement.Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers.Ensure clear customer documentation.Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team.Actively participate in staff supervision process.Be solution-focused, honest and responsive to new directions.Qualifications and experience: Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology.Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.Safety Screening including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check.If you would like to learn more about this role, we would love to hear from you!
Salary: $86,911 (including super and annual leave loading)
