Metro South Oral Health are looking for a New Graduate Oral Health Therapist to join their team. This role is for a new graduate Oral Health Therapist and will be a temporary fixed term contract for 1 year. This role provides a great opportunity to work in a supported environment to deliver oral health therapy and dental hygiene services in an integrated model of care to eligible clients of Metro South Oral Health. This role will also undertake oral health promotion activities and education with clients and stakeholders within Metro South Oral Health Services.

About the RoleUnder clinical guidance of experienced staff, deliver oral health therapy services including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care needs of consumers in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.Work cooperatively and effectively within MSOH teams and with clients, their families, community groups, other health professionals, supervisors, and students.Participate in the identification, development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement activities that enhance the delivery of oral health therapy services and promote patient-centred care.Provide evidence-based care by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and initiatives.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement, and Excellence, shape our culture within Metro South Health.
