New Graduate Occupational Therapist | Adult Physical Disability If you're looking to start your career in occupational therapy, our team of over 35 passionate therapists at our Wollongong clinic is the perfect place to kickstart your career. As a new graduate, you'll manage a majority adult physical disability caseload and receive thorough training before seeing clients. You'll also receive ongoing support through an incredibly thorough induction, weekly supervision, monthly PD days, and a chat platform where you can share learning points and discuss complex cases with the team.
Our clinic boasts a range of rehab equipment, including a fully kitted gym space and Virtual Reality headsets. You'll also enjoy a light-filled workspace, flexible working hours, and the capacity to manage your own schedule. Plus, we offer incredible salary packages of $85,000 + super + bonus incentives where you can earn an additional $90 per hour.

What you will be doing: Managing a majority adult physical disability caseload Services include home assessments/modifications, equipment prescription, manual handling plans, ADL assessments, and more!
