New Farm Seafood | Restaurant Manager | Brisbane

We are New Farm Seafood, situated in the heart of New Farm, and we are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our family.
We have a Fresh Seafood Market where we sell freshly filleted fish, seafood, ready-to-eat meals, and also a full À la carte busy Kitchen.

Responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
Maintain a high standard of customer service and taking orders Respond and resolve customers' complaints or issues Responsible for managing staff and setting out rosters Hire, train, assist, and supervise staff in daily activities and procedures Organise and manage reservations and special events Supervise the daily operations Ensure cleanliness throughout the restaurant Maintain an adequate stock level of all products used in the restaurant and various for sale Improve sales and efficiency of the business About you:
Must have an RSA and Food Safety certificate Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Strong work ethic, with a self-starter attitude Friendly, positive attitude and team player Passion for hospitality and a proactive approach to grow and improve our business This position is open to applications and expressions of interest for a minimum of 28 days from the date of publication.
