Head of Faculty – Creative and Performing Arts, Design, PDHPE This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position, commencing Term 1 2025.

This position requires an educator who is passionate about designing learning in a way that motivates and inspires students to realise their potential.
Selection Criteria Required: Confident and proven leader with a love for girls' education Appropriate teacher qualifications & NESA registration Current WWCC Demonstrated knowledge of, in particular, Stage 6 CAPAD curricula and assessment practices, with the ability to design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs and assessment Commitment to collaborative leadership and decision-making Creative and strategic thinker and problem solver Demonstrated qualities of emotional intelligence and conflict management skills Commitment to own ongoing professional development Understanding of legislative, compliance, and registration requirements and processes as they relate to the Independent Education sector Excellent written, verbal and technological skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Understanding of the importance of confidentiality Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders Preferred: Demonstrated experience in a similar position Experience teaching Design & Technology, Textiles Technology, Stage 4 Technology, and/or Food Technology Experience as a HSC marker Willingness to participate in the co-curricular life of the school Appreciation of the principles and practices of Independent Schools Please refer to the attached Job Package for more information.
