New City Contracting is looking for a Site Foreman to join our team!
The Site Foreman's responsibility includes providing on-site supervision and coordination between different subcontractors, to ensure that required quality standards are met for the building envelope projects and to ensure work is executed towards the on-schedule completion of the project and the project's conditions are safe.Responsibilities:Monitor the work progress on site by efficiently managing the coordination of different trades.Motivating sub-trades to complete the work safely, on time, and to an acceptable standard of quality.Reporting to Site Superintendents on-site progress, possible delays, and other issues.Troubleshooting common issues that may arise on site.Maintaining a good working relationship with the team, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Site Foreman.First Aid Ticket Level 1 or 2 is preferred.Proven trade experience (carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.
