New Car Sales Consultant - Gwm / Haval / Tank

Southgate Automotive Group is a South Australian, family owned and operated dealer group based in Reynella, 20kms south of the Adelaide. Employing over 100 people, our group comprises of Reynella Mazda, Southern Volkswagen, Southgate Used Cars, Southgate GWM Haval, Southgate LDV and EV Moto SA.  At Southgate Automotive Group, we have a strong focus on growing and developing our own team and a commitment to promoting from within, we offer real long term career opportunities.  We are currently seeking a New Car Sales Consultant to join our growing team at Southgate GWM.  Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end vehicle sales process and for creating an outstanding customer experience. 
Key Responsibilities include: Initiating and maintaining strong and valuable relationships with customersDetermining customer requirements and advising on suitable vehicle modelsShowing vehicles and arranging test drives with customersTaking sale orders and preparing the contract of sale and any other relevant paperworkPreparing the vehicle for delivery, including booking fitment of aftermarket products and accessories Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledgeMaintaining a high level of customer service so that GWM Customer Service Index Benchmarks are surpassed at all times.
