Our client, a leading automotive dealership in Rockhampton, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide personalised solutions Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of their vehicles Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets Ability to work Monday to Friday and half day Saturday 8am - 12pm A valid driver's license is required Perks and Benefits: Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure OTE range of $100,000 to $175,000, providing you with excellent earning potential Opportunity to work with a reputable organisation and be part of a supportive team If you are passionate about sales, thrive in a target-driven environment, and want to be part of a great team and community, this is the place for you.
