Job Title: New Business SalesLocation: DeesideSalary: £25,000Description:This is a fantastic opportunity working for a well-established growing company based on the outskirts of Chester for a Business Development Executive. As a New Business Sales Executive and key member of a well-organised and highly motivated team, you will be responsible for contacting new clients, running through the benefits of using the business services and products alike whilst maximising every given opportunity. The New Business Sales Executive will be joining a dedicated and motivated team and will be working within a well-known, recognised brand.The New Business Sales Executive can also enjoy a very competitive commission structure, great earning potential and the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.The working hours are part-time between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You can choose to work 3, 4 or 5 days a week.The New Business Sales Executive will earn £25,000 per annum plus commission. You will also be rewarded with additional holidays which are linked with length of service; a BUPA scheme; attendance bonus; company bonus; and social events.Key Responsibilities:Making outbound cold calls, in order to book appointments for the Business Development ManagersCold calling potential customersQualifying new leadsActively pursuing dormant prospectsIdentifying opportunities by profiling potential clients using fact-finding techniquesEstablishing decision makersBuilding and managing own pipelineCommunicating with Field Sales teamEnter and update leads and opportunities in the databaseEssential Skills:Proven experience in an appointment-making roleBeing a hard worker, proactive and enthusiasticTeam worker in a sales-oriented environmentSelf-motivated, confident and capable of using their own initiativeAbility to identify and create opportunitiesExcellent organisational and time management skillsAn ability to speak to senior managers in large organisations to generate business leads and appointmentsA willingness to make numerous calls with the resilience to cope with challenges and objectionsMust be highly skilled with good experience in a telesales roleUnfortunately, due to time restrictions we cannot respond to every applicant.
