About our client:We are a rapidly expanding insurance brokerage firm committed to providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to our clients.Role Overview:As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with business partners to generate new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships that drive growth within the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning.Foster strong relationships with existing and potential business partners.Conduct market research to spot emerging trends in the insurance sector.Present insurance products and solutions to clients effectively.Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and service delivery.Attend networking events and meetings to build professional connections.Provide feedback to management for product development and marketing strategies.Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the insurance industry.General insurance background is essential; Tier 1 qualifications are preferred but not required.Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and partners.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and prospects.Self-motivated, proactive, and possess the qualities of a successful salesperson.What We Offer:Competitive salary of $120K base + super + Quarterly Bonus + Annual Performance Bonus.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment; options to work from Alexandria or Parramatta.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.A chance to be part of a growing team dedicated to innovation and excellence in the insurance industry.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
