About you: You are an ambitious and dedicated individual with a strong passion for new business sales and a track record of exceeding sales targets. You'll be looking for a company in which you can progress, build on your skills and make a difference.
As a New Business Account Executive for our Recruitment OS Division, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success by acquiring and nurturing new client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inbound leads and extensive self-generation to identify and prospect new business opportunities. You will have the ability to communicate complex solutions to clients and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. This is a specialist role, focused on our new recruitment automation platform, Automate. Role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Day-to-day, you will:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities from prospecting to closing deals.Develop and execute innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of prospective clients.Have a sound knowledge of the full range of our Products & Services to discuss/demonstrate the value proposition for each offering.Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of industry developments, attending conferences, and networking with industry leaders.Hit/exceed sales targets through strong prioritization, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.Your skills and experiences might also include:
Previous experience in new business B2B sales in a SaaS environment is essential (recruitment, AI/Automation or similar background preferred).An ability to drive self-generated pipeline opportunities, excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present complex solutions to clients.Previous experience running software demos and system knowledge – CRM (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.What are we all about?
