Matter over Mind Consulting is a private company based in the Melbourne CBD that conducts neuropsychological assessments primarily within the criminal setting, but we also service a number of hospitals within regional Victoria.
We are offering opportunities for a senior neuropsychologist, as well as a registrar, to enter the unique and challenging forensic arena, in order to develop skills and advance your career in a very niche area of neuropsychology. Occasional inpatient and outpatient assessments in the public hospital setting will also be required.
About YouYou are capable of working independently and can conduct thorough appropriate psychometric assessments.You appreciate the importance of delivering reports in a timely manner.You respond well to feedback and have excellent communication skills.You can be an active listener and skilfully navigate conversations in your interactions with patients/clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders.You must be available for in-prison assessments and regional travel (by road and/or plane).What's in it for you?Fantastic opportunity to advance your career.Excellent remuneration of $2,000 per assessment on a contract basis within the 3-month introductory phase.Access to unlimited support, mentoring, and supervision from a highly experienced and well-regarded leadership team and senior neuropsychologists.Flexibility in the amount of weekly assessments undertaken and days worked, beginning with one per week.Review after three months probationary period. #J-18808-Ljbffr
