The incumbent will work proactively with work-stream stakeholders and coordinate various events, communications, and marketing, helping to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and networking within and across FMH Research Networks.
We are seeking a Network Support Officer – who will be responsible for providing administrative and project support within multi-faceted program of work.
You will work proactively with stakeholders to plan and coordinate a range of network activities including events, communications and promotion.
In this role you will provide governance support for assigned Networks, manage network membership databases, and contribute to network planning, financial tracking and reporting.
Your key responsibilities will be to: provide project and operational support to FMH Research Networks support the development and implementation of work stream project plans to meet project objectives including events such as conferences implement business processes to monitor project delivery build relationships and support project communications with stakeholders, promotes network activities though appropriate communication channels and in alignment with University policy and practice.
supports network activities with planning, financial tracking, communication and logistics within a project management framework report to the Networks Project Manager About you a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Research, Communications, project management experience working in the higher education sector providing administrative support.
Demonstrated experience in project management and administration ability to produce/source/edit various types of content including images, audio and video for a range of publications/media excellent administrative skills with a solid understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, project standards and methodologies strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
