Network & Voice Support Engineer

We are working with a leading independent telecommunications carrier who have developed and grown some fantastic client relationships over the past 15+ years. They are looking for a Junior Network & Voice engineer to join the team with a focus on Cisco, Mikrotik, Yealink & Fortinet products. This is a great opportunity for someone in a support role who is looking for an opportunity to get hands on experience with hardware products in a company that prides itself on L&D.
Experience required:

Strong understanding of Cisco, Yealink & Mikrotik products Experience providing support to customers, partners, and wholesalers Excellent communciation skills & telephone manor Experience configuring equipment for shipping to customers Strong understanding of network operations Experience configuring & provisioning services for customers A bonus would be an interest in network security & Fortinet products What's in for you:
