Network & Voice Support Engineer

We are working with a leading independent telecommunications carrier who have developed and grown some fantastic client relationships over the past 15+ years. They are looking for a Junior Network & Voice engineer to join the team with a focus on Cisco, Mikrotik, Yealink & Fortinet products. This is a great opportunity for someone in a support role who is looking for an opportunity to get hands on experience with hardware products in a company that prides itself on L&D.

Experience required:
Strong understanding of Cisco, Yealink & Mikrotik productsExperience providing support to customers, partners, and wholesalersExcellent communciation skills & telephone manorExperience configuring equipment for shipping to customersStrong understanding of network operationsExperience configuring & provisioning services for customersA bonus would be an interest in network security & Fortinet productsWhat's in for you:
