Network Voice Engineer

We are hiring a Network Voice Engineer.You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining voice communication systems within our organization. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the stability and performance of our voice infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement voice communication systems, including VoIP, SIP, and PBX technologiesManage and troubleshoot voice network issues and outagesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutionsPerform system upgrades and migrationsMaintain documentation and diagrams of voice network infrastructureKey Requirements:Proven experience as a Network Voice Engineer or similar roleExtensive knowledge of voice communication technologies such as Cisco Call Manager, Avaya Aura, or similar platformsStrong understanding of VoIP protocols and SIP trunkingExperience in network troubleshooting and performance tuningExcellent communication and teamwork skillsRelevant certifications (e.g., CCNA Voice, Avaya ACSS) are preferredZone IT Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and our recruitment process focuses on essential skills and abilities.
