About the RoleAs a Network/Telco/ECU Engineer reporting to the Head of Technology Operations, you will design, implement, and manage the core systems and services that support Lumus' IT operations in on-premises and cloud environments. You will play a key role in delivering scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy infrastructure, EUC, and telecommunication solutions to support end-to-end services.Provide L3 support, troubleshooting complex technical issues.Manage and maintain Lumus' Standard Operating and Disaster Recovery Environments.Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within budget.Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.Ensure high availability, security, and performance of systems.Skills and ExperienceDegree in IT, computer science, or engineering (or equivalent experience).Relevant industry certifications are advantageous.5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience within large, multi-site organisations.Proven ability to deliver complex solutions to tight timelines and budgets.Expertise in VMWare vSphere, vCenter.Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Hybrid Exchange, Office 365).Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google) including virtual machines, serverless architecture, Kubernetes.Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python).Experience migrating or supporting legacy on-premises technologies (advantageous).Familiarity with server patching tools like WSUS, Intune, or SCCM.Additional AttributesExcellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.Positive attitude and adaptability to new challenges.Willingness to learn and explore new technologies.Your Impact: Join us in transforming healthcare by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and creating meaningful services for our community.
