Job DescriptionThe opportunity As LNS continues to grow we are seeking a highly motivated Network Support Specialist to help support and manage our growing Adviser Network Australia wide.
A typical day would include:
Co-ordinating the onboarding of new Advisers, ensuring smooth communication and support throughout the process.Managing induction programs and schedule training sessions for new team members.Handling inquiries from Advisers to provide them assistance with sales initiatives, commissions, fees and compliance requirements.Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly, improve processes and contribute to business initiativesDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout you: Exceptional attention to detail.Strong ability to manage competing priorities effectively.Proficient in problem-solving with a solution-focused mindset.Able to demonstrate resilience and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Planner)Previous customer engagement experience preferably in lending and/or broking.Who Are We?
