Direct : 661-367-8000 Ext : 310Job DescriptionJob Title: Network SupportLocation: Redmond WADuration: Full TimeJob Responsibilities:3+ years' Network Engineer experience in supporting production environments including customer-facing or customer support roles.Having Azure domain experience is a significant asset.Handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations.Strong communication skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Effective, polished interaction with customers to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issues; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence.Drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly support customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable.Cross-team collaboration.Experience with networking concepts including Load balancing, Routing, Switching, and Security.Experience and familiarity with networking tools (ping, tracert, wire shark, etc.).Understanding geo-redundancy, CDN, and VPN technologies (site to site, point to site preferred, leased line).Experience and understanding of the OSI model and related concepts.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
