We exist to help our customers and communities grow and succeed by providing better technology-based services and a partnership model that gives back to the community.We do this by employing great people, providing competitive relevant voice, data networks and IT managed services.Let's Explore the JobAre you an experienced Network Specialist looking for a new opportunity?The Network Specialist is responsible for assisting in the implementation of BT's core network, customer networks, internet infrastructure, and information security while ensuring delivery of high levels of performance to all Service Level Agreements.The Network Specialist will provide the appropriate customer service to support the revenue and growth targets for all IT-related business sectors in the company.Let's Hear About You - Key Selection CriteriaNetworking experience such as security frameworks, firewalls, WAN & LAN networks, cloud networking, cloud security, IPS/IDS, SDN, SD-WAN, Network Access Control (NAC) and DNS.Experience in fault finding and ability to diagnose complex network issues.Experience with various WAN technologies (e.g., MPLS, NBN, Satellite and LTE).Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools.Ability to work in a diverse customer-focused environment.Demonstrable success working both independently and as a member of a team.Ability and willingness to be part of an on-call roster.What You will need to Succeed3 - 5+ years of industry experience.Experience in the ISP and/or MSP industry is highly desirable.Experience with service provider networking (MPLS, MP-BGP, L2VPN etc.)
