Provide operational network (WAN/LAN/Firewall/Load-balancer) Incident, Change and Problem management technical support Work within a team as an established network specialist to support end users Awareness and adherence to Fujitsu's service delivery processes and methods Address problems and issues that have major impact on business units Work cross-functionally to accomplish overall objectives Maintain awareness of technical and service developments, taking the initiative to extend own knowledge to learn about products, technologies and techniques to deliver enhanced service Train and coach members of the team to provide knowledge, assistance and advice. Work in a problem-solving team to resolve service issues

About you

Sound experience in LAN/WAN/Security/Application Load Balancing Several years' experience in enterprise scale LAN and WAN Infrastructure Experience in vendor/outsourcing environment Good skills in Network Technologies: Routing / Switching (core and high-ended Data Centre devices), Firewall management (Cisco, Check Point), Load Balancers (F5) Experience using Enterprise class Service Desk and Operational Management, monitoring tools and processes to deliver IT support services Troubleshooting, Incident management and Change management disciplines are essential ITIL Service Delivery and Service Management to foundation level Must hold Minimum NV2 Security Clearance
