Job DescriptionAbout the role
As the Network Services Manager, you will oversee technology service outcomes, ensuring a resilient and cyber-secure network service across the airport. Your key responsibilities include:
Defining and implementing a Network Strategy aligned with organisational goals.Leading a team of network and senior network engineers, managing their performance.Ensuring service SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.Providing technical leadership and acting as a point of escalation for staff.Managing relationships with Managed Service Providers, suppliers, and vendors.Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in network technology.Innovating to enhance passenger experience.What you'll be doing Manage the security, performance, availability, and health of the organisation's network.Develop and maintain the technical roadmap and strategy in alignment with business objectives.Evaluate and recommend network technologies to enhance performance and security.Lead initiatives to improve network scalability, availability, and performance.Maintain standards and best practices for network environments, focusing on fault, capacity management and Asset lifecycle management.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate solutions that improve our business and support passenger outcomes.What experience you'll have Relevant tertiary education in Information Technology or a Business-related degree.Over six years of senior technical network/infrastructure experience.Strong leadership and technical experience in delivering complex infrastructure solutions.Experience with enterprise networks across multiple sites and technologies.Proficiency in ITIL and a solid service delivery background.Technical certification (CCNP or higher) with expertise in Cisco routing, switching, and unified communications.Experience in the design and build of SDWAN, WAN, LAN, and Data Centre networks.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.What we offer
