The purpose of this role is to identify gaps in the network and identify opportunities to improve the network effectiveness and efficiency. This specifically involves analysing our network, competitor networks and growth corridor opportunities.The successful candidate will utilise specialist tools to identify network gaps and opportunities and research new growth corridors and road changes that will drive investment decisions. An objective of the role is to identify strong growth opportunities prior to our competitors.
