Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of network professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environmentManage our ITIL-based service desk, overseeing network monitoring, incident escalations, and troubleshootingImplement best practices and processes to optimize service desk operations and enhance the quality of support services providedUtilize your deep expertise in Cisco routing and switching, Juniper switching, and other network technologies to guide your team and ensure the seamless operation of our networkExperience & Skills IP or Enterprise Networking experienceExperience managing a NOC/Service deskStrong leadership and team management skillsProven experience in network implementation, and troubleshootingExcellent problem-solving abilities, both independently and within a team environmentExperience in Cisco & Juniper Routing/SwitchingSalary Details $150,000-$170,000 base salarySuperannuationAnnual bonusExpenses paidTraining & development fundedHybrid working
