What you'll be doing We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Lead who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. In this role, you will oversee the creation of robust network environments using Cisco technologies, Fortinet firewalls, and other tools. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable network solutions while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Lead the design and development of comprehensive network architectures for Cisco ISE, Cisco switches, Cisco WLAN, and Fortinet firewalls, aligning with business goals.Project Oversight: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and integration of network infrastructure components, ensuring adherence to best practices and timelines.Quality Assurance: Develop and execute rigorous test plans to validate network designs and configurations, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert guidance and support for complex network issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring reliability.Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery outcomes. Mentor junior engineers to enhance teamwork and strengthen the overall capabilities of the team.Working Conditions • Based in Deakin, ACT
• Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance desirable
What will make you successful in this role?
