Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve network issues daily, ensuring timely ticket resolution. Plan and execute network-related projects to enhance performance and functionality. Monitor network performance and conduct preventive maintenance, suggesting improvements as needed. Update documentation and maintain procedures for network configurations. Essential Criteria: Proven experience as a Network Engineer with expertise in Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, and Juniper products. Strong knowledge of VLANs, Spanning Tree, HSRP/VRRP, LAG, and other enterprise protocols. Proficiency with firewalls, wireless controllers, and SIP call flow troubleshooting.
