Network Engineer (Nv1)

Initial 12-month contract with possibility of extensionHybrid working arrangementMust have NV1 Clearance Our client is kicking off a multi-year Network Infrastructure Upgrade project. This project will involve building upon the current core network and uplift existing systems, micro segmentation, cloud services and highly available distributed workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
Designs specific network components using agreed architectures, design standards, patterns and methodology.Translate logical designs into physical designs that meet specified operational parameters for capacity and performance.Review and verify network designs against non-functional requirements, including validation and error correction procedures, access, security and audit controls.Contribute to the development of recovery routines and contingency procedures.Contribute to alternative network architectures, networking topologies and design options.What will help you be successful in this role:
Experience with building data centre infrastructure.Experience working in Enterprise size environments.Strong stakeholder management skills, as you'll be engaging with solution/system owners, architects, users, and related project teams.If you are an experienced Network Engineer with NV1 please apply!
