Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Maintenance: Oversee the installation and maintenance of data, VOIP, wireless, and secure enterprise networks.Cloud Environments: Work within a multi-cloud environment across AWS and Azure to ensure seamless integration and performance.Managed Services: Leverage your experience in a managed service provider or systems integration setting to deliver top-notch network solutions.Cisco Support: Provide expert support for Cisco WLC, Nexus 9K switching, and Cisco Catalyst with over 5 years of hands-on experience.Routing Infrastructure: Manage and troubleshoot BGP/OSPF/EIGRP routing infrastructure with a proven track record of over 5 years.Huawei Expertise: Utilize your 3+ years of experience with Huawei switches, routers, and wireless controllers to enhance our network capabilities.Security Devices: Administer Palo Alto firewalls, SBC Ribbon devices, and CISCO call management systems efficiently.Client Visits: Conduct quarterly visits to client mining sites to ensure the integrity and performance of network systems.Documentation: Produce high-quality documentation to support network operations and maintenance.Essential Skills:
Communication: Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.Documentation: Ability to create detailed and precise documentation for network setups and procedures.Preferred Qualifications:
Cisco Community Connected Infrastructure: Experience with Cisco Community Connected Infrastructure is a plus.Certifications: Industry-aligned certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, and ITIL are highly desirable.UPS Management: Experience managing and monitoring UPS setups is advantageous.
