OverviewJoin one of Australia's largest telecommunication providers within the IP Service Design group, accountable for Architecture, Detailed Design, Testing and Implementation of IP products and solutions in the IP network designed to support Consumer / Mobile customers.Main ResponsibilitiesAs the most senior engineer within the team, you will be the Subject Matter Expertise for the relevant technology area and come up with the design to integrate Consumer / Mobile platforms into the converged IP NetworkDeveloping technical scoping documentation from product requirementsGenerate network designs, lab testing, and implementation in productionDevelop well-prepared, accurate engineering network design documentation.Perform assessment of existing network elements and implement design updates as required to ensure all network components meet the network design specifications.Communicating complex technology solutions to other technical and non-technical staffEssential Requirements10+ years experience in telecommunications with specific MP-BGP on MPLS Networks for major telecommunications / ISPCCIE or JNCIE certification highly desirableCisco ACI experienceSound knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing / Switching, MPLS, Traffic Engineering, L2 and L3 datacentre technologies – VXLAN, Cisco ACI, VPCNetwork Automation using Ansible, NSO, PythonMobile IP Experience (3G, LTE, 5G) highly desirableWhat's in it for you?Gain experience working with industry experts at a nationally recognised brandHybrid working arrangements (WFH) flexibilityLong-term contract with project pipeline going for at least 2 years, with change to go permanent If interested, please apply within or reach out at your soonest convenience: Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
