ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop network-centric infrastructure solutions to support Optus' IT and digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate network and infrastructure designs seamlessly across systems.
Assess and implement strategies for improving network reliability, performance, and scalability.
Monitor and troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
Research emerging technologies, with a focus on network and infrastructure innovation, recommending solutions aligned with business goals.
Document network designs, infrastructure configurations, and processes to support knowledge-sharing and maintain compliance standards.
Minimum RequirementsProven experience in designing scalable, high-performance infrastructure with a strong emphasis on network solutions.
Expert knowledge and proven experience with technologies such as MPLS, MP-BGP, OSPF, Wireless, DNAC/Catalyst Centre and ISE.
Extensive knowledge of cloud-based networking technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
In-depth understanding of network infrastructure components, storage, and virtualization.
Experience managing and troubleshooting complex network environments in enterprise settings.
Proficiency with automation and scripting tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell, to support network operations.
Strong problem-solving skills focused on delivering innovative, network-oriented solutions within a collaborative team setting.
