The Network & Vendor Performance Analyst is responsible for managing the supplier network, ensuring that suppliers meet key performance metrics and align with Country Road Group's strategic sourcing objectives. The role focuses on onboarding and offboarding suppliers, and managing supplier data, vendor scorecards and performance reporting to optimise vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual agreements. The Network & Vendor Performance Analyst will also be responsible for developing macro-economics and geopolitical insights, providing these insights to the Heads of Production and Raw Materials team to help inform decision making.
Key Accountabilities Oversee and manage the supplier onboarding process, ensuring that all vendor data is accurate and up to date. Manage the vendor database and ensure compliance with internal standards.Develop and implement a comprehensive supplier performance monitoring system that tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, delivery times, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with ethical standards.Support Vendor Quarterly Business Reviews, maintain supplier scorecards, and provide performance insights. Manage the vendor dashboard, monitor KPIs, and report quarterly to the GM of Sourcing & Production.Collaborate with Finance and Production to align vendor payment terms with financial goals and resolve discrepancies. Partner with Legal to manage contracts, ensuring alignment with sourcing strategies and addressing adjustments based on supplier performance.Develop macro-economics and geopolitical insights e.g., cotton price, and provide these insights to the Heads of Production and Raw Materials team to help inform decision making.Oversee the supplier offboarding process ensuring a seamless transition and proper documentation while minimising disruptions to the supply chain.Key Capabilities Proven experience in managing supplier performance, including the ability to influence suppliers to meet or exceed performance standards.Previous experience in a similar analytical role providing insights across both sourcing network and vendor performance.Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights for the sourcing and production teams.Familiarity with supply chain management systems (e.g., PLM) and the ability to integrate supplier performance data with internal platforms.Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining supplier data accuracy and managing contractual agreements.Why work for CRG?
