HOW YOU CAN HELP US You will provide IT administration and support for a wide range of customers and services, with a focus on ensuring the delivery, availability, security, and potential recovery of primarily cloud-based server infrastructure and data.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide support and troubleshoot desktop (Windows & macOS), servers, and networking equipment Manage IP networking, including firewall configuration and security implementation Monitor system/network metrics and activity, responding to anomalies Analyse, research, and recommend improvements to systems infrastructure and operations Evaluate and develop automation and configuration processes for systems Maintain clear communication about work in progress through stand-up meetings and planning sessions, ensuring awareness of progress and quality of deliverables Manage and maintain inventory systems WHO YOU ARE Strong systems administration knowledge Proficient in networking and firewall configuration Familiar with server utilization reporting Experience in access control and basic scripting/programming Skilled in inventory management Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and resolve user issues in a timely manner DESIRED SKILLS Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services Scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Bash Familiarity with Google Workspace Knowledge of source control tools (Git) WHAT'S ON OFFER Work-life balance Novated leasing Casual dress code Birthday leave Sponsored social events Employee Assistance Program At Adslot, we pride ourselves on being an innovative and collaborative team.
