This hybrid role ensures seamless network operations, with key responsibilities including managing security services and administering network systems for optimal performance across critical operations.About the RoleEnsure availability of network and security services along with monitoring and associated log integration.Autonomously balance priorities for security, BAU support and project work.Provide response to security-related incidents and alerts.Multi-task to meet project deadlines and BAU service level agreements.Negotiate work priorities and scheduling with internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with other Digital and Business teams to ensure the best outcome for our customers.Assist in security incident triage, root cause investigation and subsequent continuous improvement.Provide performance metrics and dashboards for networking and security services.Ensure adherence to agency's policy, process and frameworks.Ensure risks and issues are identified and reported on a continual basis to the functional lead, ensuring customer focused delivery.About You5-10 years of experience in similar role.Strong technical expertise in operating and maintaining network and security services across multiple locations.Proven ability to implement and support network and security technologies in diverse environments.Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts in clear, simple terms to non-technical audiences.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and deliver effective technical solutions that meet business needs.Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Experience delivering, implementing, and managing new technology solutions to support business and digital transformation goals.Please apply if you are interested.
