We are seeking applicants with excellent communication skills, as the successful applicants will be required to provide training to users to support the implementation of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) consistent with the College's ICT plan.The successful applicants should have high level of computing knowledge in a high school context, with technical expertise to ensure the school's information technology resources are used to their maximum effect within the standard operating environment.
They should also be able to problem solve, work independently with minimum supervision and display initiative and a methodical approach to managing network systems and resources.
The successful applicant will also provide advice and support to staff and students on tablets, laptops, desktops, servers, databases, web, intranet, and software applications, as well as classroom and device management solutions.
They will research and identify appropriate software packages and other resources and assist with the installation and upgrading of audio–visual, CCTV and Information Technology systems.

You provide advice to administration staff on technical issues associated with the network system and provide technical support and training to all users.
