One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced  Software Developer  work on a range of digital services supporting the business and operating environment of the department. You will work as part of an Agile delivery team and will be responsible for the entire software development life cycle including support of production systems. The role can be based in  Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne as well as remote work   as they offer flexible working arrangements.  The successful  Software Developer  will be offered a contract until  July 2025 with 2 X 12 month extension options. The successful  Software Developer  will be responsible for, but not limited to:  Software development using languages and frameworks such as C#, .Net and HTML Analysing, designing and developing RESTful Services and API Performing on going security testing and code reviews to improve software security Working with Cloud technologies in particular Microsoft Azure The successful  Software Developer  will have experience in the following: Demonstrated experience with .Net frameworks and .Net Core Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and SQL Server Experience with Azure DevOps, Web API and PowerShell Automation   Ability to create REST API documentation using Swagger and YAML This is a great opportunity with a leading  Federal Government Agency  to join an established and friendly team!
