We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer as Technical & Quality Specialist to join our high-performing Nespresso After Sales team, located in Rhodes.
We are looking for an experienced Technical & Quality Specialist who:
Has a strong appreciation of premium brands and high-end services that delight consumers. Will have full responsibility for all aspects of machine quality and technical services for your designated business division, including Budget and Vendor Management, Consumer Complaint and Incident Management, Aftersales Program Design, Machine and Service Assurance. Is analytical, reliable, and passionate with an affinity for fault-finding, problem-solving, and improving product and service quality. Has experience in initiating and leading cross-functional projects and a solid understanding of Australian Consumer Law. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing technical budget, participating in operational planning, dynamic forecasting, and PO & Invoice reconciliation activities. Maintaining and improving Excel / Power BI Dashboards for Technical subjects, drawing insights from data, identifying trends, investigating root causes, and proposing improvement recommendations. Leading efficiency projects and driving process improvements based on technical assessments and consumer feedback. Providing technical expertise for machine technical issues, responding to and escalating machine quality complaints and consumer incidents. Providing support and expertise regarding compliance and homologation of machines introduced and currently sold in ANZ. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary (university or trade) qualification in Engineering – Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or other quality-related areas and demonstrated skills in data analytics and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI is highly desired.
