We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Healthcare Nutrition Coordinator to join our team as a Nestlé Health Science Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Nestlé Health Science area at our Altona DC.
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining the highest quality standards of customer service to meet customer deliveries, coordinating activities and workload in the Health Care Nutrition area, compiling consignments and transport information to meet delivery schedules, and managing E-Commerce activities for the Altona DC.

Responsibilities
Manage LEC processing for efficient order fulfillment. Oversee and coordinate E-Commerce activities. Review and input orders accurately into the consignment system. Coordinate with freight carriers for timely delivery. Undertake PGI and complete invoicing. Collaborate with Customer Service for order timing and late orders. Coordinate labour resources for picking process. Take accountability for CFR misses and conduct investigations. Provide training and serve as a backfill for operators. Manage inventory and replenishment for E-Commerce. Compile labels and invoices for accurate packaging. Complete consignments for customer deliveries and tracking. Regularly review customer and work priorities. Manage and coordinate E-Commerce requirements. Contribute to Nestlé NCE initiatives as needed. Undertake specific OMP projects to achieve objectives. Skills and Experience
Distribution/warehousing experience. Strong analytical skills in process management. Effective communication of daily plans. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
