We are currently recruiting for a Demand Planner in our Confectionery Business Unit to support overall delivery of the Supply Chain functional targets and contribute to the achievement of business targets. You will drive both the commercial business plan and the supply and production processes. Your job is to improve the quality and reliability of the demand plan through insights derived from internal alignment with business stakeholders and external collaboration with customers.

Responsibilities Reporting to the DNSP Partner, your role is to improve the quality and reliability of the demand plan through insights derived from internal alignment with business stakeholders and external collaboration with customers.

Key Responsibilities include:
Maintain a product level demand plan over an 18-month horizon in APO. Consistently achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA) & Bias improvement in support of improving customer on-time in-full requirements and optimizing supply chain costs. Provide category and customer insights to enrich the (statistical) forecast models. Analyse and effectively communicate relevant information to our commercial and supply planning teams. Effectively collaborate across the business to bring new products to market. Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in Demand and/or Supply planning ideally within the FMCG industry. Advanced Excel Skills. SAP and APO skills highly desirable. Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders internally and externally. You are a problem solver, proactive, and strong in implementing sustainable solutions to address business needs and/or issues. You will already have what it takes to manage financial data, calculate demand, and refine and improve our processes. You can successfully drive and deliver projects and understand end-to-end processes.
