Key responsibilities of the role include:Lead, coach and manage the team to excel in achieving line standards associated with production runs and the standard conditions & routines associated with Safety & the 4M's (Man, Machine, Method, Material).Ensure continuous line controls & immediate corrective action (initiating problem solving as applicable).Achieve a "zero injury, defect, waste" mindset & promote behaviours that have a positive impact on Safety Health Environment & Quality.
