Christmas Casual position Location: The Good Guys Moorabbin Contract Term: 2nd November 2024 - 29th December 2024 Availability: Weekends and some weekdays during Christmas Period Opportunity to extend post contract As a Brand Ambassador, you will be expected to represent the brand and create a positive and highly engaging experience for customers.
Your primary focus will be to demonstrate Nespresso coffee through sampling, converting engagements into sales.
As a Brand Ambassador you will:
Engage customers through coffee sampling.
Convert customer engagements into coffee sales.
Assist customers in finding their perfect machine.
Drive brand engagement.
About you:
You are high energy and have a passion to work within a team.
Available to work Monday – Sunday and extended trade hours.
You have impeccable standards of personal grooming.
You excel at communication and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
Prepare coffee for customers using Nespresso coffee & machines.
Complete coffee transactions.
Provide customer service and build relationships with excellent communication skills.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Maintain accurate records of sales.
Ensure proper storage and handling of consumables & milk products.
Work collaboratively with team members.
Perform opening and closing duties as required.
