As Neighbourhood Leader you will autonomously manage your neighbourhood operation.
You will be responsible for providing effective leadership to your team of clinical and care employees, as well as facilitating quality care based on our client needs, enhancing and promoting quality of life.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing leadership and coaching to your Neighbourhood teamManaging the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality service delivery to our clientsDriving the growth of the local portfolio, including service enhancements to ensure care offerings are appropriate to client needsPerformance management of the Neighbourhood, including adhering to KPIs and reportingDriving team culture and wellbeingWhat makes a difference for us?
You'll be an experienced leader performing within a health, community or aged care environment.
You'll be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service.
You'll bring to the role:
Ability to provide leadership, coaching and support to your teamExperience coordinating care provision within a large teamConfidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing prioritiesQualifications in a health, community service or other relevant discipline or equivalent community sector experienceBlueCare is proudly part of the UnitingCare Family, we'd love you to be too.
