The role provides professional and efficient administrative and logistic support to enable the provision of high-quality client centred care.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhoodBe the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in personManage requests, concerns and inquiriesRostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhoodCreation of correspondence and documentation as requestedEfficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangementsMonitor, order and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipmentEnsure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other Blue Care systems and databasesUse mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)Assist senior staff with special projects as requiredWe encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
