The role provides professional and efficient administrative and logistic support to enable the provision of high-quality client centred care.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhoodBe the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in personManage requests, concerns and inquiriesRostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhoodCreation of correspondence and documentation as requestedEfficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.Monitor, order and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipmentEnsure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other Blue Care systems and databasesUse mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)Assist senior staff with special projects as requiredAs a Neighbourhood Administration Officer, a key support role to the delivery of our Neighbourhood services, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are run efficiently and our clients and residents receive an exceptional experience.What makes a difference for us?You will have effective verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience in rostering/scheduling (desirable)Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workloadGood knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applicationsConfidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learnExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitudeBlueCare is proudly part of the UnitingCare Family.
